Biography
Jayden Okunbor is a rookie for the 2018 NRL season, playing his first-grade football for Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs.
Schooled at Picnic Point High School, Okunbor has graduated through the ranks of the Bulldogs, including graduating from the club's high performance youth program, before playing out his first full year as an under 20s player in season 2016.
The 21-year old is currently completing a Certificate IV in Youth Work and has a Certificate IV in Education Support, and felt becoming an Advocate for the State of Mind program would continue his interest in the area.
I see this role as helping the community as I have an interest in this type of career. I've also worked in the public school system aiding disadvantaged kids.

Jayden says because people look up to Rugby League players, he has an opportunity to leverage this profile to let people know "it isn't weak to speak up about your problems".
