Lotte Weiss Scholarship

The Lotte Weiss Scholarship was created in 2022 to support Indigenous education through the NRL School to Work Program. The Scholarship aims to successfully assist participants transition to further education through University in assisting with the financial barriers for the first year of University. 

The Scholarship, totalling $10,000 is open to students participating in the NRL School to Work Program who are applying for an undergraduate University course for the year that follows the completion of their year 12 studies.

2022 -

2023 -

Meripa Teo (St George Illawarra Dragons S2W Participant)

Meripa is currently in her first year of university studying a Bachelor of Engineering, and through the NRL School to Work Program has secured a Cadetship with Bluescope Steel as a Materials Engineer. This scholarship will support Meripa with the financial support she may need within her first year of university.

I'm extremely grateful to be here today, it's an opportunity that I didn't think I was capable of achieving, but look where we are today.
