An Orange CYMS junior, Cole joined the Penrith Panthers at age 15 and progressed through Harold Matthews, Jersey Flegg and NSW Cup. He made his NRL debut in Round 25, 2022 against North Queensland and was part of the club’s NSW Cup premiership and State Championship-winning squad that season. He was promoted to the NRL squad in 2023 and re-signed until the end of 2026.
After spending 2023 in NSW Cup, Cole made nine NRL appearances in 2024, including his starting debut at Magic Round, before a late-season leg injury. He began 2025 as starting five-eighth for the first five rounds before returning to NSW Cup, adding two further NRL appearances.
