A Blayney Bears junior, Henry joined the Penrith Panthers in 2019 and progressed through the club’s Jersey Flegg and NSW Cup systems before making his NRL debut against North Queensland in Round 25, 2022.

He cemented his place in the squad in 2024 following roster changes, featuring regularly off the bench after appearances in the World Club Challenge and Round 1. He missed just three games during the 2024 season, scored his first NRL try against Cronulla, and made his starting debut in the second row the following week. Henry capped off the year with a premiership ring in Penrith’s Grand Final win over Melbourne and was named Ben Alexander Rookie of the Year at the Merv Cartwright Medal.

In 2025, he made 23 appearances, scoring three tries, and brought up his 50th NRL game in the preliminary final against Brisbane. He is contracted with the club until the end of 2026.
